At Angels Downunder we pride ourselves on our professionalism and we expect the same from our clients.
Waitressing Terms
Under NO circumstances are the Angels to be touched by the host or anyone at the event/party. If this happens the Angel will end the job and NO refund will be given.
If the Angel feels unsafe at any time it is her right to end the job and No refund will be given. It is the responsibility of the client to inform others intending the event/party of this.
Adult Entertainment Terms
There must be a room available for the Angels to get changed in private prior to the show. Please advise Angels Downunder if the booking is for a surprise so the Angel can arrive in costume.
Under NO circumstances are the Angels to be touched by the host or anyone at the event/party without being invited. Our performer may allow guided touching but this at the discretion of the individual performer and you may only touch the areas the Angel directs you to touch during the entertainment.
You must not abuse the Angel either physically or verbally.
No cameras, videos or mobile phones are permitted to be used during the performance. You must seek the Angel's permission if you wish to record the performance in any way. If he/she declines, you must respect this decision. Our Angels have families and reputations outside of this industry.
Please advise Angels Downunder if there will be females present at your event/party as certain shows will only be preformed in front of a strictly male audience, with no less then 5 people in attendance.
Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the show being ended and NO refund being given. It is the responsibility of the client to inform others intending the event/party of this.
Liability
All of our Angels are Independent Contractors and therefore are not employed by Angels Downunder. The Angel is totally responsible for providing their own liability insurance and professional indemnity to adequately cover any liability that the Angel may incur. Angels Downunder accepts no responsibility or liability for any action of an Angel in the performance of the Contract with Angels Downunder. Any injury to persons or damage to property caused by an Angel is a legal matter between the Client and the Angel involved only.
